If we emailed you and you're wondering how we got your address

We contact shop owners about our service. Business addresses come from public sources: your own website, your public business listing, or your profile on a booking platform. We never buy lists and we never guess at addresses. If you would rather not hear from us, reply and say so, or write to the address above, and we stop and keep a record so it doesn't happen again.

What we collect

Whatever you send us through the form or the booking module: your name, email, phone, shop name and any message. If you ask for an estimate and share a customer export, that too. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used.

Why we use it

To answer you, prepare an estimate, and run the service if you decide to work with us. Analytics are there to see which pages people read. That's the whole list.

Who else sees it

Four companies, and here is exactly what each one does. The site is hosted by Vercel. What you type into the form is delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email provider. Google Analytics tells us which pages people read. Microsoft Clarity shows us how the page is used, which includes a replay of mouse movement, clicks and scrolling. Neither of the two analytics tools receives your name, email or phone number, and Clarity masks the text you type into form fields.

We do not send anything you give us to advertising platforms, and we never sell or rent your data. A customer export you send us for an estimate is deleted once the estimate is done.

If you become a client

Your customer data stays yours. We process it to run your campaigns and for nothing else, we keep it only as long as we work together, and we delete it when you ask or when we part ways.

How long we keep things

For as long as we're talking, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep records. Then it goes.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to vojta@boostmailhq.com. To opt out of Google Analytics across every site that uses it, Google publishes a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Microsoft has its own opt-out at clarity.microsoft.com/terms, and we do not run Clarity at all for visitors whose browser reports a European time zone.

Children

This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Nothing here applies retroactively to data we already deleted.
